There's one moment in the funeral that I can never forget seeing and that's Key crying. Seeing that broke my heart to pieces and every time I see that video of him crying, I start crying as well and realizing he's actually gone all over again.

I know some people are confused why there is so many fans around but his family was kind enough to set up two separate rooms. One was for his family, friends and other artists and the other was on the ground floor where fans ect could go and pay their respects. Shawols were very respectful and didn’t disturb any of the artists.

I'm just laying here crying thinking about what idols have to go through, what HE had to go through. Why do people have to bring down people to a point where they can't live anymore...?

Guys, the people who recorded got permission to do so, so from that standpoint it’s not rude. The funeral itself was public, meaning anyone could go to it if they wanted but there where many people who could not do that, so by recording it, they were allowing the many other international or local fans and nonfans that were not able to attend, to be able to see this ceremony for Jonghyun. They want to honor him, not forget him. These recordings are not just for the people who were allowed to go but for the fans as well. Everyone deserves to honor and grieve for him, not just the idols connected through the entertainment industry. Please understand that their intentions while recording this were not ones to get upset over but were another way to honor Jonghyun. If anything, I am sure his family are happy to see these videos, as they spread awareness of the things we don’t see and to see that so many people love and care for their loved one. So please, don’t say it’s disrespectful, it’s far from that. Thank you-

This is one of those moments where I realized just how loved Jonghyun was, and still is, by people not just in his field (idols) but also by a wide range of people in the entertainment industry for his artistry as well as his character. I'm sad that Jonghyun wasn't able to see how many people he touched during his lifetime, but I hope he can feel at peace that his legacy (as a person and as an artist) will live on.

Replay was the first song for me.

December is approaching and I still remember that day so clearly since it was just a day after my birthday.Never did I know I would bid farewell to one of my favorite artists.
I attended a funeral along with my friends at night and as I just went through my phone, I saw the news not more than an hour late.
I remember crying there for you.
My male friends did laugh at me for crying for someone else but at the time, I couldn't think of anything but you and hoping it was a fake news, googling "Rumours of death of Jonghyun".I remember it so clearly and I won't ever forget it because it was the day you left us after giving us happiness and you needed one of your own which we couldn't gave you and I felt so bad.
Because I love you so much but I didn't know the pain you felt to the point of doing that.You just had a concert, your song chartings and that was when I realized that no one can see anything through others than themselves.
I sincerely pray you're happy now.

I vividly remember watching this live before I went to school. I had been severely depressed and unable to feel most emotions for years. I vividly remember uncontrollably sobbing on my bathroom floor, some of the first tears I had ever been able to cry in a long time. The gravity of the situation holding me down to the cold tile. It had finally set it that we had lost Jonghyun to the same demons I and so many others face. To even fathom someone else dealing with what I have dealt with breaks my heart, and the fact that he probably had it ten fold only makes it worse. He will always been in our hearts, and my only hope is that he's happy and finally free from his pain. He was and will always be an angel.
