"php_extension sodium must be installed and enabled"

"max_input_vars (this test must pass) PHP setting max_input_vars must be at least 5000."

It says "You must solve all the environmental problems (errors) found above before proceeding to install this Moodle version!". And there's no "continue" option, only "reload".😪
