if you end up not finding a use for the fluffy yarn that fits with the amount you have, you could always use it for small amounts of plushie stuffing, so you don't have to purchase any/as much polyfill!

Maybe with the purple skein of fluffy yarn you could make a flower pillow I had a bunch of fuzzy yarn that I had nothing planned for and that’s what I ended up doing and I loved it. Because the flower pillow would also go with the flowers on your wall.

I use the blanket yarn to make throw pillows that ball would’ve been enough for one

That big yarn, I'd make a loose chain scarf. Which should allow it to hang without being too much.

But I have the same problem with big yarn. I end up making scarves or ear warmers for winter.
