That earless goat looks like a La Mancha- British Alpine crossbreed! I've had a few La Mancha crossbred goats and it doesn't matter what goat you breed a La Mancha to, they will always have those little "cat-ears"! Registered purebred La Mancha's are usually called "snake goats" because they don't have any ears at all, but what they lack in ears they make up for in lots of attitude, they're sweet and affectionate to people but snarly to other goats!! (Me personally I think they have ear envy because they bite and pull the other goats ears when they're snarly, but that's just me!!) 🐐👄❤

Your dads goats are bigger than yours and I guess it's because his Buck is bigger so he makes bigger goats. I like the smaller goats better. Assuming that the bigger goats are sold for food? Plus they have the floppy ears which makes them a different breed from yours.
