I’m joining the industry working on my license. The person who is mentoring me has showed me his receipts and I met him through my brother who sold him his policy. The thing that scares me is there is somewhat of a recruitment culture. I get a higher percentage of money per sale the more I sell. He is giving me his own leads when I start which is a big burden off my back because I can’t afford to buy leads at the moment. I am hoping I am in good hands.
