1. Scroll the screen from the top and you will search for App Store. You can see there is App Store visible that means the App Store is still in your iPhone.
2. So, what you will do now here is, you will go to "Settings".
3. You will go to "General".
4. You will go to "Reset" and you will select the option "Reset Home Screen Layout" and then select "Reset Home Screen".
5. So, once you do this one what happens this will reset your home screen layout to the factory default. So, let me do it.
