The world’s second-largest country will usher in its sesquicentennial in 2017 in rollicking good health. Marking 150 years since confederation, the elongated birthday party promises to be heavy on bonhomie and highly welcoming to international gatecrashers. It would be nice if Airlines and trains would make it cheaper for Canadian to explore this beautiful country. Most of time it's cheaper to go Europe, Asia and the Caribbean islands.

Any one else notice that she did not speak about anything east of Toronto? Some of the richest and most incredible places in Canada to visit are out east and the seafood is by far the best in Canada.

It feels great to live in Canada! I've loved being here all my life, and i always will. I never get tired from travelling within the country! Those pictures may look beautiful on your screen, but they look even more stunning in real life!!!

I do like wide open space. In summer time, we always spend time at our cottage completely in the wilderness. I love nature. The air is so fresh and pure. We are so grateful to be surrounded by an abundance of nature and of fresh water lakes.

I've visited Canada a few times and loved it. Everything is so remote though and it's hard to get around. There are very few places to stop between destinations. Even finding food and gas can be hard.
