How to solve the unavailable terminal problem of Jupyter notebook in Windows

It is a very handy feature that Jupyter notebook has a built-in terminal. However, many people have a problem of “unavailable terminals” after installing Jupyter Notebook and JupyterLab in Python. There is no such issue to install Anaconda Python.

Oh shit it worked! For me, pipwin install wheel didn't work, so just replaced that part with pip install wheel.
