I was a guest on @neutralitystudies with Pascal Lottaz where we discussed the results of the 16th annual BRICS Summit held in Kazan, Russia.

Among the topics discussed was how this was a considerable diplomatic victory for Russia and general and Vladimir Putin in particular. Also discussed was now BRICS functions as a definitive element of multipolarism and how the collective "Rest" is pulling away from the "West"

Pascal rocks the House of Peace, and what he does is somewhat unique given that he is a Euro living in Japan. I am proud to have instigated at least one argument with him via his channel, to the benefit of us both. I feel graced to have had that interaction, as perhaps he will soon be too busy to pay attention to any one commenter.

Thank you for sharing Dr. Rossi. One of the things that probably attracts countries to BRICS is common sense. Keeping your sovereignty while cooperating with other nations economically is pivotal. Not to mention that EU and the US talk about multiculturalism all day long, but then ignore any country that is not on their golf party list. It is also sad to see countries having to join alliances, in order to not suffer a colour revolution. Ok to interfere when the side they are backing is loosing, ramp up media outrage when the other side has leverage.
Really waiting to see what will happen once Trump takes over. Will the money stop flowing to Zelensky? Will Putin agree with the terms of a possible peace agreement?

So Russia had a meeting with China and India, a handful of *stans that noone can remember the names of, and 20-25 minor countries many of which are run by dictators, generals, and royals.

And that constitutes a success? 😂
