i feel like videos like this should be used in a court of law when some thing finally happens... quite clearly this would be evidence she is doing it specially to mess with her neighbors... which in a way could be seen as instigating. im just saying ive been seeing way too many articles of car people acting like victims when things get real... but the reality is you have tons of evidence of them even admiting that they do it purposefully to instigate their neighbors.
