The paddles function completely normally with this case on. I edited out the part where I tested them in the case, but the paddles feel completely normal and aren't impeded in any way.

Thanks for the tip. On my controller the rubber goes away.. and i don't think that my hands sweat so much. It's a great controller, but so poorly designed.
