For calculation of goodwill in disposal of subsidary why we didn't taken NCI and net asset at carrying which wil be 420 and 980 rather than we took values of acquisition date.

Shouldnot onyl parent's share of goodwill impairement be added back to PBT, as NCI goodwill impairement is accounted for directly in NCI in equity?
