What is logical framework and how to develop it?

What is Logical framework? or what is a Logframe?
Logical framework or a logframe is a liner logical sequence describing how the project or program will create the desired change. Represented in the form of a table format, it links project inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impacts in a simple and clear relationship along with indicators, risk and assumptions. But some experts have point out that a logframe being too simplistic in its approach only zooms in on one specific pathway that the program will bring leaving other unintended results and outcomes. But, the simplicity of the logical framework, is what makes it easier for project team and the donor to monitor program implementation, no wonder it is widely used across the world. How do develop a Logical framework? To create one, we need to link the impact, outcome, output, and activities with logic. We usually start with Impact or the goal and do down wards until the activity.
