at present we need proper education and skill development because nowadays private schools become like a business center's and govt schools are shutting down. so in my point of view we can use this amount in developing the govt schools and if govt schools is renovated we can provide meals and education for the needy peoples we can take example Kerala how properly this state is maintained govt schools.

some of actions we can take to reduce the human infection are as follows.
Cover a cough. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you sneeze or cough, then dispose of it. If no tissue is handy, cough or sneeze into your elbow rather than into your hands.
Wash and bandage all cuts. Any serious cut or animal or human bite should be examined by a doctor.
Do not pick at healing wounds or blemishes, or squeeze pimples.
Don't share dishes, glasses, or eating utensils.
Avoid direct contact with napkins, tissues, handkerchiefs, or similar items used by others.

The Rohingya people's are basically stateless Indo-Aryan ethnic group .Rohinya is a sunni muslims nd ethnic minorities and reside in Rakhine State, Myanmar & bangladesh.And basically Rohingya refugees in India face various challenges, including being labelled as illegal migrants
