I cried every night for a month after put my last dog to sleep. then a month of Guilt, then I adopted 2 more rescues and the process repeats. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Juliana new to the channel, I have to catch up on your posts but I can definitely see the love you had for your pet, especially with now seen an empty cubbie you had set up for him! I assume. never easy when you have that daily reminder I bet. So sorry for the loss of your pet, I understand about having that time alone when you sit down and have that reminiscing moment. Keep marching forward as you it'll become easy in time and you'll always have him in your heart and in that seat next to you. Love your music choices and the singing along happy vibes. My dog Chuck was only with me for about 6 years of his life. But I like to think they were his happiest years, because I know they were for me. They are still looking out for us, and watching over us. Just know that they know, everything we did was for them.

God bless you Life is precious you fully understand that like many of us that have lost pets. It is never something we want to go through nor does our pet of course. But sadly it is apart of this construct we call life. I like you loved my pets that have pasted on. I keep there photos up to remind me of the time we shared and all the love we shared. Everyday is truly a gift. We both understand that. Give yourself grace. I have had dental issues too which is never fun.
Stay strong and keep livng well.

Juliana take your time to heal. I know I’ve mentioned my last fur baby Ace that I had to put down 2 years ago. I think of him daily and I miss him every day. He was my best friend and we were never alone. He went to work with me daily and we vacationed together yearly. He saved my life at a time when I was lost and hurting. Im great full of the time I had with him 16 years we had adventures together. Layla will always be with you and letting her go is truly a very selfless act of compassion. Love the memories. Be kind to yourself too.😊❤

It's been over a year now since I lost my Pug Kato and I go through "what ifs" all the time and can't believe how much I miss him. You are doing great and be proud of yourself!

Started crying for you when you showed Layla's spot. She was amazing. Hugs from a dude on the internet.

Its always hard to make that call but at the end of the day we do make that call because we love them. She had a good life with you and of course you will miss her but she made you happy and wanted to make you happy and loved you. She would be the first to tell you that you made the right choice for her if she could. Grieve and remember the good times you had with her. It will take time, for me it took almost 10 years but finally got a 1 year old rescue Staffordshire and 2 Pug puppies about 6 months later. Made me realize how much I missed having the little 4 legged critters around. Great video and best wishes.
