Morris Mini Cooper S restoration - Boot lid seal clips EP015

In this video I install the rubber seal that fits inside the boot lid of a Morris Cooper mini, classic mini. The video shows the position of the clips needed to hold the rubber in place.

Thanks for that Cafe Racer. I've been trying to figure out how those clips went on the rubber and finally gave up and Googled it and your video came up. Seems like a poorly designed clip to me. Cheers, M.

Just as a matter of interest is your boot lid closing any easier now? I had to get help pushing my boot lid closed while I turned the handle. I haven't touched it since so hopefully it will bed in.

My '88 Mini has a different setup with seal on the boot opening, not on the lid itself. It's just a straight press on to the opening edge, all around the opening.
