This was the 2nd year TEP managed the entire production for Side's annual Side x Side company conference.

Video and audio capture for on-demand streaming
TEP was honored to bring our A-team to California for this conference. Our Lead Production Manager was backed up by an Asst. PM and 2 room directors to coordinate crews and call the show on the main stage and expo stage throughout the event.
Our celebrity keynote speaker was none other than Earvin "Magic" Johnson.
As an end-to-end management partner, TEP sourced all local vendors and equipment, handled budgets, generated custom LED wall content, advanced speakers, onsite content management, and Run of Shows for all spaces. We needed to reinvent much of the program for these unique spaces and larger audiences - nothing good is ever easy!
Coming together over the course of 7 months of dedicated planning, the end result dazzled attendees and everyone involved.
