This is the official Angry Tones Riff Clips ESP Ltd MH-400NT M in depth demo. I Absolutely love the 2017 Korean model and hopefully you will too after you hear this beautiful beast! Signal chain is simply this guitar with Seymour Duncan custom 5 in the bridge and a 59 in the neck, going into my Mooer Diezel Hägen 001 preamp pedal directly into the Randall Diavlo RD20 Power amplifier. I’m running 2 oversized 1X12 Randall cabs loaded with Celestion vintage 30’s. Enjoy 😈🤘

ANGRY TONES WOW! Okay to first off it looks amazing. Nice wood grain finish and it legit looks like a balance of classic and modern. A perfect axe! Aha. Secondly it sounds incredible. I actually really liked the clean tones. You got a great pedal and amp setup. Those randall oversized speakers are killer. I love seeing guitar players get new gear and chase tone. Happy for you. It’s funny. I found your video when I was searching for the early 00s H-400, then after seeing this MH video I had to find one. Just got it yesterday, I think it was the only Satin MH-400 NT available in the world. Mines Korean, 2017, but mine is a set thru, I’m emailing ESP to see if there were some different specs for this model I was unaware of. Just added Hipshot open gear locking tuners last night.

Thanks for the video! I also own this model. I prefer natural finishes and this one looks great, and in reality it actually looks better than in the photos. It's not a super high-gain model, but rather a very versatile sounding one and it has a very cosy neck. And it has some thing about the neck pickup, it sound really beautiful.

I just recently scored a Korean made Hamer [90s Slammer Series built from the old Cort factory] and I gotta agree on the under-rated build quality. I think a lot of that also comes down to wood selection used/made available at the time.

Man! Some V30s coupled with a boosted tube amp. I believe an acoustic guitar could chug through that setup. Sounds bad ass.
