A bit disappointed in his review, active noise cancellation was never designed to get rid of talking, the algorithms work to remove disruptions such as cars on a street or engine noise in a plane, but none of that was mentioned.

What this video doesn't mention is that the noise canceling feature completely gets rid of any low end noises like the rumbling of a car/plane engine. The fact is that because of the looser seal in the ear, the earbuds can't get rid of any high end frequencies because there is room for the sound to sneak in you ear (even if they fit perfectly)

It’s the pro that has the softer tip. My ear doesn’t get fatigued whereas if I use those, it hurts my ear after a while.

Just bought these, i upgraded from the 3rd gen. I upgraded because I wanted type C and I’m sick of having to keep a lightening cable around. The noise cancellation is very good, considering you don’t have the gel tips plugged into your ear. Compared to my other the ear XM5s, of course they aren’t at that level, however they work well enough.

The difference is one got noise cancellation and the other one didn't and they also got different prices, but it looks the same that's it.

Short answer: no, it doesn’t worth it. Apart from noise cancellation, it sucks really bad at noise reduction for the microphones. It’s impossible to use it for calls.
