Where does a patient go to be professionally diagnosed for permanent paresthesia from an Articaine injection under sedation for osseous surgery in late 2021. I recently saw the surgeon's notes this year in 2024 in my medical records that went to an oral surgeon. I have floated around the entire north Dallas Texas area looking and searching for answers including neurologists, 2 general dentists, an endodontist and 2 oral surgeons. The osseous surgery was performed on the left side upper and lower teeth line. I went back for follow-ups repeatedly complaining about the pain: burning, itching, tingling, numbness that is permanent on my left side soft tissues and retromolar trigone area.
