Complex ×3
1 clean+1 hang clean +1 squat
1 clean+2 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+3 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+4 hang cleans+1 squat
1 clean+5 hang cleans+1 squat
***5 Burpee tuck jumps between each round

Functional core (30:10×2)
1. Alt rev lunge + twists
2. Weighted V hold twists + press
3. oblique plank hops to KB upright row
4. Weighted windshield wiper leg lift

EMOM (5mins)* 2 reps for 2 rounds, then 3, 4, & 5 reps/move
KB diamond pushups
Deadlifts
high pull
staggered DL

***10 skaters to SL burpees
***10 Box jump burpees

1 clean+1 hang clean+1 squat

2. Deadlifts, squats

4. Reset swing to gob squat

2. Bent row
3. Clean and press
4. Competition burpees

2. Bent row push press
3. Chest press to pull over
4. staggered pushup clean and press
***10 squat jump burpees

Swing it out 20:10 2x 4 minutes
1. Swings
2. Alt SA swings
3. Reset swing
4. . Rev lunge pass off
