REITs are a great way to get into Real Estate with a smaller amount of money. Good for income but maybe not the best for large growth. It does help diversification tho! And if real estate drops I might have to jump on these haha

VNQ is a great ETF for passive income, or to reinvest dividends! I'm loving VNQ right about now. Thanks for the video Ryan...always great content!

One thing to note is that dividend payments from R.E.I.T.S. are unqualified and you'll have to pay taxes at your normal rate. So it may not be best for those in the higher tax brackets
