Idk if this is a typo but this is me as an addict. I either look really good and I’m happy, or I look crazy because I neglect my self care and haven’t eaten, and I’m depressed asf. People don’t know I’m high because I don’t fit the typical stereotype. I really hope the end to this is soon, like in the immediate future. This life isn’t for me and I don’t want it anymore. It’s not fun. It’s become maintenance to function daily. 💔

I’m know this is a dumb question, but are you trying to quit? If so, you got this! Some days will be really hard, but just take it one day at a time. Just tell yourself that you’re going to not drink today and try to do that every day, and stay true to that. I have my own battles that I’m trying to fight, and that is my way that seems to work well for me. I’ll pray that you reach where you want to get! (Sorry for such a long comment) ❤
