What an amazing interview with an amazing interviewee. I learned a lot from a creativity standpoint but i still have much to learn regarding the basics. I plan to continue to watch and will binge-watch from the beginning. The measurements are a challenge as i am american. Metric is quite an obstacle when I have to continue stopping to either look up the equivalents or ask Alexa. But, it will not stop me ! 🤓

In Sweden we have Lutfisk. Cod that are put in a lye solution, the it is cooked. Very tasty dish. I make it now and then.

WOW, this girl have some swag!!!🙂 Great skill! I am a chef. And in the restaurant i worked on lately, we baked bread. But not sourdough, but yeastbread. Totally agree. The food on restaurants can be amazing, but the bread is pretty bad. Very strange, cos a goid bread is the most tasty thing you can eat. I compare it to coffee. Many restaurants dont know how a good brewed coffee can taste like.

Yeah and also you can make yeastbread 10 times better with adding a very small ammount. Like make a poolish with 1 gram yeast and ferment first the poolish for 12 hours and then the dough 6 hours. This resulting bread is great!

INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)(Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sourdough Culture (Wheat) (10%), Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Yeast. - Not Sourdough!!!
