I truly felt for everyone involved in this, and maxie should've been up front as soon as she miscarried. But I'm still so angry that Brad told lulu and Dante about Connie's true paternity and didn't tell them about Rocco really being Dante and lulu's baby.

Everything needed for a true classic soap story. Lies, betrayal, deceit and heartbreak abound. Wrapped around everyone's love for a child.
Even Brad being the one to finally disclose the truth was an act to prove to someone he loves (maybe for more selfish reasons than not), that he can do the right thing even if it was the wrong time, place and way to go about it.

Like I said before, I felt for everyone involved in this, and I still don't believe Maxie's intentions were malicious in any way. But, once again, this entire mess was her fault, 100%. All of this heartache, every single bit of it, could have been avoided, if she had told the truth from the very beginning. That's all she had to do.

Maxie should not have been labeled unfit mother she thought she was doing great by her best friend she was willing to give her own daughter away that is love for her best friend and her daughter she thought she wasn't good enough for a child

Spanelli should not have gotten the baby either because he was living with Elle and not being married.

Elle is not her mother and should have never been allowed to be near his and Maxie's baby either.
