Needs to be really skilled, dedicated, passionate. Willing to work long hours, take call. Can earn between $1M to $2.5M. However family life can get affected unless spouse is exceptional, preferably in similar line of work. Takes a toll on health like neck and back problems, ionizing radiation risk including malignancies.
