Thank you for this video - you're a Godsend. So far, I have not been able to get the nanoSIM card to stay in place. It always falls out when I turn it over. I really hate this very small cards. Hope I don't bend or break the carrier. It was flush, but never snapped in place. Inserted it into phone. Hope it doesn't get stuck. Very poor design.

Hey so when I put in my Sim it was all fine but when you click your Sim it will ask you to put in your number...so I tried to put in my mobile number for the Sim but it was telling me, " failed to put number to Sim" so I don't know what to do plus when I put roaming on it chews through my data fast and when I turn it off, I cannot connect to anything, so idk what to do

Do you have to have the Sim card in the phone? I have the little SD card but not the sim

SO does anyone with this phone experience it just randomly freezing and being unresponsive? Today is the forth time this phone has ever done something like this, I was watching a video on Instagram when the video paused and became unresponsive. I thought it was my service but no, it was my stupid phone. Again. I can't even use the on/off button. I am extremely annoyed because this phone isn't two years old yet and my plan won't give me a new one. I can't tell when the phone will do this, but it's been like every four months since May of last year (on my birthday actually).
