The smartest way to cross a street in Cebu City is on the pedestrian lane or Zebra lane. :-) If you cross outside the designated crossing lane, well, you have to play smart to avoid the speeding vehicles.:-)

I hope you'll soon find a decent and affordable place in Metro Cebu that you can call home.  I don't blame you for loving the city.  I love the place myself and can't wait to settle there.  BTW, subscriptions are getting close to 1 K.
