Wasn’t Elaine involved in the UK trial too? So did they actually think they worked hard to get that decision and dismissed the fact that Amber had otherwise secured some kind of “judicial ties” aka blackmail, etc? They thought US courts were as fact biased as That UK court? And that Amber was not going to be called to task to prove her allegations this time around? That’s stupid on the part of her lawyer.. they depended on The word of a liar and did their part in destroying credibility progress of a lot of actual victims.. Amber never single-handedly did all that damage. Elaine helped her there. I’m not sure born was quite in that niche, but he didn’t have much to work with (as far as the actual truth).. so he came out looking like a fool too. I bet if he could sue Amber he would… and possibly Elaine, too. I’m pretty sure she convinced him to take this case.. certainly asinine on his part, but if he can’t sue, I’m sure he served himself an enormous plate of regret.. I wonder how her attorneys are faring in their careers there days? Oh well.. play stupid games -win stupid prizes. JD and team for the win! Never fear truth!!!!

Whether or not we hate Elaine, we know she got the full narcissistic, manipulative force of Amber and was held up to ridicule by the entire world on global TV and will probably never emotionally, financially or professionally recover from it. Remember, it was the insurance company that chose her, and she was paid a reasonable whack for her humiliation.
