2021 TOYOTA SUPRA ACCELERATION [0-100/3.8s]

Only a year after the Supra was reintroduced, Toyota is turning up the heat on the car's turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six, dialing up its horsepower from 335 to 382. From the first poke of the accelerator, the difference is not obvious. There's still no manual transmission, but the eight-speed automatic's 2000-rpm launch-control limiter makes getting to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds easy. That time, however, is 0.1 second slower than before. The 3.0-liter pulls hard across the entire sweep of the tach to the 7000-rpm redline

It’s cool to see these new cars coming out and people praising them when it’s just old BMW turbo technology. I remember when I first bought my 2008 335i with an N54 twin turbo and tuned it. That sound is the same I’m hearing now with this Toyota/Z4 in-line 6. I still have videos up of that old car I sold back in 2016. 8 fun years but grew out of the boy racer thing and moved on the larger V8 German sedans for trips, and my truck for fun!

disadvantages of mk5 supra:
1. Weak engine, to tune 1000 ++ hp
2. only 2 seats
3. Smooth engine sound

The 2020 is better and faster. This one is a bit quicker on the highs, but at the start the 2020 says bye bye
