As a former independent baptist, I'm very glad you did this video. Amen and amen.

Former Church of Christ here. I’ve learned that water baptism was for Israel who were to become a Nation of Priests. We, today, are spiritually baptized into the Body of Christ. One Lord, one faith, and one baptism! God bless you Pastor! ✝️❤️

Such helpful teaching. We have many Baptist churches in the UK and they all teach as Justin explains.

So needed to understand where their teaching strays from scripture.

Thankyou JJ and GA

You are an amazingly adept teacher of the word of truth, and I feel so blessed to be learning so much from you. Praise God, for finally having opened my eyes.

I dont know about all but i never met a baptist that believes water baptism has anything to do with getting into the body or the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Baptist teach water baptism is an outward sign to the people around that you have been saved already. Every baptist i know teaches water baptism is the first step of obediance after you get saved and a lot of baptist churches do want you to be water baptized to be a member of their local church.

I really appreciated this lesson. I have attended Baptist Churches over the years, but did not know what their distinctives are. I've just recently learned how to rightly divide and now this is so clear to me. Thanks so much! God bless!

So, I have been attending a congregation for 4 weeks, the said they were a non denominational church but next Sunday the will have some baptisms. I used to attend a Pentecostal church, left 15 years ago and just recently begun attending that nondenominational church. But, I did go yesterday. Most likely won’t return.

Former independent fundamental Baptist here, I initially thought you were Baptist also I think it was due to the necktie and King James Bible. As I continue to listen I started spotting the difference and then I started asking questions at the Baptist Church I was going to. I eventually left because it wasn't lining up with what I was learning from the Bible. I consider myself in line with Pauline mid acts right division which were all concepts that I never learned in the Baptist Church

It’s so awesome 😎 to understand the separation. .!! Rightly divide.. I took bible college threw the mail. And said James don’t match Paul. Then 15 years later I found a right teacher. Now I have 5 teachers only now instead of 20. Lol awesome 😮

I'm just starting to listen to this. I am very interested in what you have to say. I consider myself a Bible Believer. My parents were Independent Baptist Missionaries. I grew up in Formosa. The longer my Dad was a missionary and went around the US preaching and raising money, he discovered there were "regional sins".
And he started changing some.
He never taught "Baptist Briders".
I am going to Calvary Chapel Ava (MO). It seems to be the chuch that is closest to the church from the Bible in the New Testament.
I do believe in baptism by immersion, but not that it has to be done immediately after salvation or that it puts you in the church.

I Formosa, in the 50's and 60's the Soutern Baptist were the first to tend toward apostasy.

Bible is final authority if you are going to be consistant with the bible you can not be a
Baptist or any other denomination with confustion with the contradictions in the scripture, Pauline mid acts is the way to Go.
People dont see the danger of mixing us with Isreal in propecy mixing law and grace exactly what Paul was trying fix in the church threw right doctrine and our new identity .
Allot of People know what mid acts teach and know that its the truth but still choice to go by what makes them feel good like going to a church that teaches wrong doctrine they might be saved but thats not honouring Jesus .
Keep up the good work Grace Ambassadors by trying to make all believers of one mind in christ Mid Acts Dispinsational and this teaching far more consistant and biblical than any other .

Thanks for being courageous to expose the wrong doctrine out there 👍

Amen, I enjoyed this teaching. I could challenge on some verses by playing devils advocate, but what you cover is great. I took Brother Mcklean's dbi course online years ago. That man was a Great servant of God and a pioneer in MAD, helped me be a mid acts guy. I've tried for years to refute guys like him and les feldick but once you see it in scriptures you will never unsee it. Praise God for you brother. I may come out your way and worship God with you on a Sunday or two. Be well and God bless

Having come out of Calvinism, I now can't even say I believe in their "T" of Tulip because by it, they do not just mean totally depraved, but they take it a step further to mean a total inability to believe the Gospel when you hear it unless God regenerates you first. Then the "ulip" is all a result of & built upon this horribly gone-wrong assumption. Thanks for this great video, Justin. Appreciate your ministry so much!

Excellent. Thanks, Justin! Makes total sense. Thanks for sorting it out. So glad you did this video as I've been getting mixed signals - now by you explaining it and my reading my KJB, I get it. I can't be a baptist either.

Will you be doing a part 2 of this message, I hope, that discusses the practical ways you and I cannot be a Baptist?

I heard a preacher say when tracing on acts 2:38 they were not baptized in determining in The Name of Jesus andvtherevwasvnonwater baptism in acts 2 :3:38 how would you do that?

Dispensationalism holds that both the Old Testament and New Testament are interpreted using literal grammatical-historical interpretation. As a result, they reject the idea that the meaning of the Old Testament was hidden and that the New Testament can alter the straightforward meaning of the Old Testament.

Many baptist churches believe that only they are the Bride of Christ, and that they are the only church that has been commissioned to preach the gospel.
They get this doctrine from a little book called The Trail of Blood that documents their succession all the way to John the Baptist, who they say was the first Baptist.
They also believe that they are the only ones who have the authority to send out missionaries to start another local church. They call these churches independent but they're not, the missions board keeps the pastors in line as they will cut off their funds if they stray from their particular doctrines.
Also they water baptise new believers into the assembly and their baptism also allows them to attend to the Lords table.
