These are my top 10 pilates exercises to get abs workout results and lose belly fat at home. This 5 minute ab workout challenge will help you get a flat stomach, tone your lower, upper and side abs, no equipment needed but the resistance band and pilates ball make the workout much harder. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

Yayy another new vid, love your butt workouts also👍.I m 58, 59 this yr so as you know we lose muscletone and get crepey skin(it s shit...) Always been known for my figure so thankyou Lilly for the awesome workouts with great music to keep me toned 💜

Let's do this ~

Day 1 : This burned so much more than a 15 min ab workout I did 💘 It was hard but super enjoyable 🥰

Day 2 : Did this before doing cardio 👹 It burned a lottt 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️

Day 3 : This burned it's literally 11 pm and now I have time and motivation to workout 🤣

Day 4 : Today burned 🫥 Still working out at 11 pm 🤡

Day 5 : Burned sooo much, going to do 12 min of cardio now 🚴

Day 6 : Did it 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗲 today bc I couldn't do cardio and it burned soi much 😶

Day 7 : Today burned ( yesterday I only did cardio bc I went to the beach ) it was really enjoyable today!!

Day 8 : Skipped yesterday bc I went out with my best friend and we did 14.000 steps // Today didn't really burn but it was hard

Day 9 : Today was hard and sweaty bc I literally did this at 12:30 am

Day 10 : Today burned a lot 🔥

Day 11 : Sweated so much today and I don't even know why 🤣 It burned but felt good

Day 12 : Today was hard and sweaty but super enjoyable 😂

Day 13 : Wasn't motivated but still did it, it didn't burn or anything but my neck hurt

Day 14 : Today was hard and it burned my "abs" were on fire lmao

Day 15 : After a 2 day break I'm back and it was easyy 😃

Day 16 : It was really easy today, I will start looking for a new ab workout soon :)

Day 17 : Today burned and it was super fast 💖

Day 18 : This is really easy but it still burns 😶

Day 19 : Didn't really burn today and it was easy

Day 20 : Today is the last day I will be doing this workout, it burned and felt like forever lmao. Will give you results tomorrow 🧘
