The collection is up on Pat's website and you can preview everything and see the prizes. The duos dropped to €23 now compared to earlier today, still pricy though.

Oh, yay, you’re back and commenting on Mother’s latest—now my Friday is complete!! Stunning look, by the way, I will have to try that with the light green in the inner corner; I never would have thought of that! As for the release, I have my heart set on the mega palette, the purple quint, and the Petallic & Jade duos, which are going to be perfect for travel. I am not as excited as I was for last year’s holiday collection, but still pretty jonesing for next Friday when I can slap down some cash and get my greedy paws on these to play with. Hope you had a fab time in Dublin, and Paris sounds fantastic. Welcome back, Mariam!! ❤ xx

So glad you held an emergency meeting: I was so curious about your opinion on the Luminous Legends collection! It is a bit sad that the vibes are so similar to the last few (3-ish) holiday collections. The only upside is the formula: hopefully it will be the Italian quint recepy for all the palettes. It is a strange collection: 6 different eyeshadow palettes and repeat lipstuff...no face items and no relation with the inspiration and the packaging we have seen a thousand times before. I wish they had opted for a tightly executed and themed collection with two special quints, two new lipsticks (or a new colour pencil), a innovative faceproduct and maybe a few loose astrals.... go for quality not quantity. Initially I was planning on buying the quints and the Mega. But I think I will only buy the quints and wait for a sale opportunity on the Mega, if I am still interested. Nice to have you back from Dublin, Mariam!

As someone with veeeery oily lids, I feel iffy about the quints formula. I like them for what they are, quality/texture/shine, they apply well, look good on application, etc but they dont last long on my lids because I am very oily. And I prime my eyes every single time no matter what eyeshadow I use.

It was nice to take my make up off, listening to you while you were putting it on. I still hope a boring neutral (+some fun shades) will be released in the end of 2024.
For now, I am interesting in the green and champagne duo, not super crazy but I would use this often at home and for travel.
It mostly makes me want to use my PMG eyeshadows tomorrow ^^ and that's a good feeling

Well, I wasn't going to buy the megapalette until you started talking about it; I might as well since I've bought little eyeshadow palettes the year

I'm buying 2 of the duos and a quant. I was delighted that she didn't release a Mother ship this year, the time has passed.from when people were excited to buy the.

That Star Wars 5 pan, crumbled on me, and in the pan, , so I bought a new one, and that Rust/Orange shade is really a showstopper, on it's own or wth a tipper shade.

Sunlit Seduction’s special shades were such a let down. The 3 sparkly shades literally look the same and are just glitter bombs- nothing like any of the other motherships! (I have 9 others) and that red shade I thought would be its saving grace is very hard to work with. The 6 pan “regular “ shades are very lovely however I absolutely love the mattes and the metallics. But I don’t reach for it much due to my disappointment when looking at the special shades. I do feel some sort of way when I reach for the sunset romance holiday quint well more than the latest mothership.

I love your meetings!😍 Even though I know I have most of these shades I see myself buying all the eyeshadow 🙈. I will say I think this collection may be more attractive to people that are new to PMG.

I just don’t know. I have one quint ‘Sunset Romance’ bought heavily on sale and I like it. It’s great but with other luxury palettes to choose from it gets overlooked. Same problem I have with ND palettes. Will it compete with my Burberry, Byredo, Lancome, Addiction Tokyo palettes probably not. It’s getting hard to justify more purchases in general. It has to be special to turn your head.

The best thing about a PML launch these days is the emergency meeting. I am somewhat tempted by the more neutral quint but I’m dubious about the formula. I have oily lids and get creasing so I’m really not sure it’s worth it for me. That twilight topaz shade is calling my name, but as more holiday releases come out I’ll probably forget about it.

I hope Dublin was good and i’m looking forward to the Lisa Eldridge review! I’m loving the fawn palette and wondering about the liquid silk shadows. Her liquid shimmers crease terribly on me so I am not confident about the matte ones. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Just started the video so maybe you will mention this - but I saw in the description on her website that the Mega palette mentions "astral" in what formulas are included - I'm intrigued to see if any are astrals, but none of the shade names include the word astral. So who knows - her photos are so filtered it's always a surprise what you're actually going to get. 😂
