I was born and raised in a Hindu family as well. I was always exposed to Islam and Muslim friends but I never bothered to explore it. Despite the propaganda against Muslims in India, I was not affected by it as I never found it to be logical. Then I moved to Germany and after living a life where I thought I was acquiring happiness, I was still not happy in the end. Something was missing. That is when I moved to an apartment by chance, and I mean, really, the chances were near zero that I found this one and here I saw my flatmate on a journey from a bad life back to Islam and how his life completely turned around. This inspired me to research Islam and it drew me in completely, especially the revert stories. I attended a Jummah prayer with my flatmate a few months back and then I was completely convinced, and took my shahadah. Alhamdulillah. Allah truly is the best of planners, because this could never have happened ''by chance''

I was born in Muslim family... But i only learn about true islam after reading translation and tafsir of quran and hadith in my 20s.... I learn to read Arabic and quran from misguided people who believes in Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam was created from noor and other false beliefs.... But Allah guided me to true islam after reading translation and tafsir of Quran...

I will explain it, very simple a person born in Muslim family and doing all types of criminal activities and injustice then in the day of judgement he ended in hell fire, so it's blessings as born in Muslim family will vain

People are only born into Islam because some of their ancestors accepted Islam. Other people's ancestors didnt. I know you cam make the argument that Allah decides where each soul is placed. But at the end of the day Allah says in the Quran that true disbelievers wont accept Islam under any circumstances. This is true, there are many people born in Islam that leave the faith. Some people just dont want to believe. That's their own fault and they will be held accountable for it.

Being born in a Muslim family gives you advantages but its entirely up to you. All I know, i wasn't very religious. I would only pray when I was told so they don't shout at me and not for Allah. Something inside me, made me contemplate life after death when I was young. I was already on YouTube at the time when I had this curiosity and I saw video of what will happen to people after they die. I then quickly wanted to pray suddenly. Allah guided me at that point What the Sheikh said is true. It's built in our DNA that was have this urge to seek the truth and contemplate afterlife. I pray that he keeps me and every Muslim on the straight path. Ameen.

And I feel it’s a test for a Muslim whose responsibility is to preach Islam.. so if there are no non Muslims then how are you tested and then it’s a test for the non Muslim if he gets a chance and a Muslim preacher and brought him the message of Islam and he has rejected it
