I would make the following crimes capital offenses:
- Microtransactions for any game that isn't free to play. DLC must be substantial like new levels in a platformed, new characters in fighters, proper game expansions, etc.
- Online requirements for single player games
- Day 1 DLC
- Day 1 patches
- DLC baked on the disk
- Incorporating Denuvo
- Pay to win mechanics
There would be a lot more I would outlaw but those are the capital punishment crimes. I would allow live services under a free to play model but not as a product you pay money for up front.
I would also lock up Colin in GITMO style conditions for trying to kill Sonic, but I would hand custody of Sonic away from Sega and over to Christian Whitehead.

I'll definitely be voting moriarty raygun. But the views on increasing game prices regardless of the super cheap costs of tech, (in comparison to the 80s and 90s and 00s. It's not consumers fault they waste money on production per sqaured inch) games should not increase in price
