i would love to join these classes but in the town i live in the krav maga place charges 94 a month for each person so i guess ill watch these haha

This is a great technique, but it requires a lot of practice to become viable.
It's all about making it become an automated process and perfecting your reflexes. Just a slight delay and it won't work vs a proper punch.

I like how if I watch a Krav mage video that only a minute and a half in and they already teach how to break someone's arm.

it's all basic common sense but the timing needs to be practice with.

Why is it, that on every self defense video I watch, no one considers the fact that punches retract very quickly, you can't just grab it like it's being handed to you and break it.

If you punch with the right, I block with the left from the inside. Then again, I'm a Judo man. I got this from sparring mma guys. My training has me staying to the inside. The outside never seemed to work for me. Inside seems more natural.

Its beautiful, way to different than other sport am doing kick boxing I now realize it is just a sport, I can't really defend myself. But krava maga hmmmm beautiful

Easy in slow motion when you know its coming. Different story when you receive a barrage of fast punches. I intend to take on KM but I just cant see how you would use this against a quick boxer

Damn I think some krav maga taught by the right people and correctly applied can work in some situations, especially against the average joe. But I have serious doubts that you could actually could block any punch by a trained boxer who can bob, weave and feint with these kind of technique

Around the first minute i was thinking this was simple and effective and then he mention breaking the elbow and i started laughing too hard. I was just thinking, ok simple, simple, WTF yoooo.
I playing this scenario as it went along at my school and when he got to the elbow part i laughed because just imagine every student using this technique in a fight. So many broken elbows lol
