If anyone is still having issues like I was, just buy a TP Link Bluetooth Nano adapter. I did this, plugged it in and it instantly solved all the issues - detects all Bluetooth devices, connects in seconds, never lags, never disconnects. The best $10 I've spent in a long time.

the way this has finally worked. Like the Bluetooth found everything and I mean everything except for headsets and speakers so basically sound devices. And I tried everything. I honestly just gave up. But this worked. I was mad mad how it didn't work fresh out the box with Windows 11 and ready to go. But here I am finally able to use my headset and sound bar. I might be a tad bit more excited than i should be lol🤣🤣🤣
