I just scored the same color block style, but in pink and orange, with tan interior. It is a beauty. Versatile and feels so good carrying. It's comfortable. I just love it. Found it randomly @ great sale price @ department store. And I do emphasize deep discount, when Neiman charging much more. I don't know if it's just me, but I don't like the looks of the puffy style as well or the price. Glad you got another strap. That was unacceptable. I did have luck hanging a strap and weighing down the end. It did straighten right out. I love the wide strap and top handle and can use as clutch as well. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.

Yes I have this bag and in this color. When o saw it at Macy’s, it stopped me on my tracks. I wasn’t into the tabby 26 until I saw this one. Now I want 5 more. 😂

Yes it will straighten out. Just make sure you put items inside the bag so it will be heavy enough for the bag to hang and force the straps to stretch and straighten out. I have done this many times. It will work.

Don't care about the long strap of this particular bag, I don't like the strap this thick, and this tabby is totally a shoulder bag rather than a crossbody for me. I care about the short shoulder strap, so if it was me, I would keep this beauty. :) I would replace the long strap with a metal chain. :)

What a stunning bag! Coach needs to get it together on those straps. I think the shorter strap will straighten as it looks to be softer. I got a tote recently that had the straps stuffed down inside. I don’t understand why they do that. I put some small ankle weights in it and hung it from a door knob for 3 to 4 days and they straightened out pretty good. I didn’t want to return because of the great price and it was the last one. Tfs!

Put it on the door know, but someone fairly heavy into the bag, so the weight will pull and straighten the straps. But not TOO heavy as not to stretch out the straps.
