Ummmm for video the higher the megapixel count then worse it will be in low light so really the a7siii should get the point.

After watching this, I'm really starting to realize that without field and technical detail in the review, it just doesn't have much for me to be excited about. I really prefer seeing reviews that show what the camera can do through footage and scenarios rather then talk about adding points to specs that may or may not be all that relevant based on user needs. Some specs are much more important to me then others. At the end of the day, the camera has to stay on, stay in focus, and maintain quality written to storage. After that, I can nit pick the rest of the specs for video. I would have liked some field experience clips to go with why the specs are important.

I've been working with a Sony a7sii for about 5 years and I think I regret not chosing the BMP. The sensor size scared me off back then, but after using the Ursa for a gig once I realized how much more Blackmagic products are geared towards filmmaking and that is ultimately what I'm looking for. I'm still hesitant about the sensor, but all the BMP6k footage I see is gorgeous and I wonder if Full Frame really is necessary. I think the Sony a7siii wins in this comparison indeed and you're totally right for placing it on top. For filmmakers who are just starting out I'd say the BMP is an obvious choice tho. What about image stabilization? I love how the a7sii turns my old vintage lenses into modern manual equipment, but is the BMP equally capable? Thanks for making this video!

Sony Should Win a lot more Point because of low light capabilities and very very low iso noise
it's revolutionary camera for low light shooting
but you don't have any low light comparison

Listen if you’re watching this and wondering wat camera you should get for your videos and photos, I will highly suggest you to get a two different cameras, for me I have pocket 6k for all professional video gigs and I have eos r for my stills.get the pocket 6k don’t even think about it just get it because none of these other cameras can produce the same quality as black magic RAW.
