I’m only here because my employer sent me a text at 11:56pm on a Friday night threatening to withhold pay until we have ALL job tasks completed by end of work week. The expectations we have are unrealistic as none of us have time to complete on account we aren’t allowed overtime. So the owner will also refuse to pay overtime. I was not paid 10 hours when forced to work from home.
