The reason the sound quality is bad is because the BC547 is a very bad choice for driving a speaker - it has a maximum current of only 100 mA, and the 1k base bias resistor is too low. This resistor should be chosen (maybe 33k - orange, orange, orange) to give the current that the BC547 is capable of handling, probably 50 mA. The BC547 should be replaced with a TIP41, which can handle more current. A power transistor such as the TIP41 needs a heatsink.

If the speaker has too much DC current through it, it will be damaged.

This person needs to watch a video on the proper way to solder. Those are poor solder joints.

But I get very little amount of output....
Which means I can hear only by keeping the speaker very close to my ears....🙁
What's the problem??
