Every time I wanna post about my results, I forget.

It's been almost a year, I used to listen to this every day when I was in high school (the last year for me) I had low self-esteem, didn't studied well. Yeh plus with covid-19 I was about to kill my self.

Until then, I was new to affirmations thing, I searched affirmations for students and so on on YouTube but didn't liked any of them, then I found this one. This one worked for me so well and changed me, it changed my mind from laziness to a craving mind for studying. And yes worked very well.

The first thing I do when I listen to it, I drink plenty of water and a cup of green tea (if you like to) calming my mind, feeling relaxed, listen to it and visualize myself studying smart, umm ... studying well, achieve high grades and then I say to myself "oh, I love studying, all the subjects are easy and I can finish them in a short time, I love studying and it feels good." Of course I used to do it with feelings to trick my brain. It should be a loving feeling with gratitude.

After that, I had to force myself to study at least half an hour and doing dopamine method and it works (it took me a while to make it work) I had to take a small action to manifest what I desire. I listened to twice a day, if not. One time before going to bed.

Then I cut it because I didn't had time to it....I didn't stopped it completely, I had to say affirmations over and over and not mixing my emotions with work. This would be a disaster if you did that. Don't ever mix your emotions with your work.
Just focus on your goal, and do your best and feel how it's like to achieve this goal. That's it, it's like a manifestation.

In August the results were finally published and finally graduated, I got 86.2 which I'm glad for it. Specially after a dramatic year.
