Look, I live in LA as well and I’m paying $2800 for a 1 bedroom 850sqft with full size pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna room, I think she can find better options. Paying $3900 for a studio is stupid.

You guys need to understand those building are near Beverly Hills and it's recent and fancy with great service gym, pool, concierge, maintenance ect. You can still find 2500$ apartment 1 bed or studio not far but its not as fancy or secure and less service....

Lived in Cali for 27 years…. Prices are stupid! Bless you who think you are getting a good deal. Moved out of state 3 years ago. Have disposal income to visit Cali if I want however have not been back!

Nothing on this planet could make me pay 3900 for a closet. People are insane. This girl could take her 3900 to Canada and have a 6 bedroom, two car garage with spa and pool for half the price.

With that house, you could have two stories, a 5 spacious bedroom 2 bathroom house, with a garage, a wide and spacious kitchen + dining room, a living room, Sitting room (for welcoming guests), and a balcony. All these things are considered as luxury things in my country where front porch counts as luxury
