Just because Al-Jawlani joined Al-Qaeda in Iraq at the age of 21 and opposed the U.S., he’s labeled a terrorist!?

Come on! Have some empathy, will you? He was only 21 at the time! From his perspective, the U.S. had indeed invaded Iraq. By the time he was 30, he returned to Syria to participate in the civil war. In essence, he grew up, gathered his own forces, and went back to Syria to fight.

America’s real enemies should be Bin Laden and his top lieutenants, not the foot soldiers of Al-Qaeda. Labeling him a terrorist is ignorance at its peak.

the 4th Armoured Division, commanded by Maher al-Assad, oversees much of the production and distribution of Captagon, among other drugs, reinforcing Syria's status as a narco-state on the Mediterranean sea. The unit controls manufacturing facilities, packing plants, and smuggling networks all across Syria (which have started to also move crystal meth).
