Bad advice Arch. The best price is always the price listed on the ad. Buyers are welcome to make an offer they feel is fair though. Certainly not a lowball offer, but the ball is in the buyers court to make an offer, not for the seller to lower his or her price first.

Most "second" hand watches are fake or have some fake parts. Even the "trusted" sellers don't always know what they are selling. You just can't be sure that every single part is 100% authentic. Not worth the risk. Buy new.
