Pineapple Chicken with Creamy Sauce or Pininyahang Manok. This Recipe calls for chicken slices to be marinated in pineapple juice then stewed with pineapple chunks. Aside from pineapples, secondary ingredients bell pepper, and milk make-up the dish.

▶Ingredients

1/2 Kilo Chicken (Any part)
1 Can Pineapple Chunks with Syrup
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 Medium Sliced Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 Bell Pepper (Red or Yellow color)
1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Saute onion and garlic
Once onion translucent and garlic fragrant add the chicken
Saute chicken till no blood in it
Pour in Pineapple chunks SYRUP only
Simmer with close lid in 5 minutes, so chicken will absorb the syrup
After 5 minutes, add in Pineapple chunks and bell peppers
Close and simmer for 2 minutes
After 2 minutes, pour Evaporated Milk and simmer until sauce reduced.

Serve with rice and enjoy!
