Luigi's bro attacks are usually for crowd control (many enemies low-mid dmg) and Mario's bro attacks are for singular enemies being strong and doing high dmg. So use zapperator in normal battles with many enemies.

Sully, you can craft emmit's boots on ship-shape island, talk to billidit or maykit on shipshape and they will make it

you should have gotten gear slots, they are VERY OP, and the hammerhead rank up thing is kinda mid cuz throughout the game you use jump more than hammer

With the Zapperator you have to press A and B repeatedly until you hear a noise and the cloud is ready. The timer is simple there as a time limit, if you spam A and B fast you will usually reach the max cloud at 75%.

Speaking of goblick, there's a quest where you rematch him but, he's lv 35. Don't do it till you're strong enough.
