Btw those werewolves drop the kotetsu, it’s a katana and the only way to get one very early in the game, at least in the original version of the game and it had I think an attack of 50 or 51. Now you can just get the kotetsu soon as you start the game as a starter weapon and it’s stupid weak.

I’m surprised you didn’t get magic hammer earlier. You could go soon as you got the high wind, and it’s reusable ethers. It makes most of the bosses trivial.

I rather do level farming at the very beginning with Vaan only by just killing the Dustia mob. He gains all the levels and when you start gather all your party members they will be a higher level as well.
