Bburago: 1/43 scale review of a 2023 Formula One Mercedes W14.

Featured in this video is a Bburago 1/43 scale Mercedes W14. This particular model was the #44 car driven by Lewis Hamilton in 2023.
This beautiful and unique car was hugely unsuccessful as neither Hamilton nor George Russell could manage a win. Because of purposing, a higher ride height was needed, and the end result was that speed was sacrificed.
The model is die-cast with plastic. The box is quite nice. The base is useless cardboard and lacks a jewel cover. Overall, the finish and decals are excellent. However, being a Bburago, the car lacks detail and carbon fiber trim. It also lacks a driver.

Cool mercedes, not bad for the money. Not sure if a prefer pre2022 f1 cars now, i start to feel those new cars looks more toys-like, maybe its an effect caused by those bigger and disc wheels.

Spark and Minichamps have this car out from a few of the races now - both the sidepod-less and the sidepod version of the car. Just thought I'd give you a heads up as you mentioned wanting to snag one by one of those two brands. My personal favourite is the George Russell Bahrain W14 from Minichamps is good, it has the green number and helmet that he only wore for that race.
