This is a procedural ruling rather than a "huge win" for Ripple. If the fair notice defense had been struck the issue would be "huge" on appeal. The court is playing its cards close to the belt. The question here is whether this will act as a driver towards a negotiated settlement. My guess is that it will but that remains to be seen. Thanks for the video.
